  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We can only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
  • Do you accept multiple currencies?

    Nirvana charges in USD only. If your credit card is in another currency, your credit card company will handle the exchange to your local currency automatically, and the converted amount will appear on your credit card statement. We may offer other currencies in the future, but not at this time.
  • Is Nirvana secure?

    Absolutely. In fact, not only is all payment processing handled over a secure SSL connection, the entire service runs over a secure SSL connection. Notice the https:// prefix in your browser's address bar right now.
  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    Nirvana is a pay-as-you-go service, so the answer is a happy "nope." If you opt for a paid plan, you'll simply pay month-to-month or year-to-year (at a discounted rate) -- your choice. Payments are forward looking, in that you will be pre-paying for access to the service for the next month or year based on the billing cycle you choose. You can cancel your account at any time.
  • Can I change plans after I sign up?

    Definintely. You can change your plan or billing cycle at any time. Simply click on the “Account” tab when you login. You will see your plan and payment options there.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    Alas, no. You can cancel your account at any time, however we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of your subscription term. Not sure if Nirvana is right for you? We'd suggest starting with the Free plan to kick the tires. Then upgrade to a paid plan on a monthly cycle if you like us. If you're then totaly sold on us and want to save a little coin, opt for an annual billing cycle.
  • How long does it take to get access to paid features?

    Literally seconds. You'll have to type in your credit card information which might take a few seconds, and it may take another few seconds for your credit card company to give the approval after you hit submit, but after that Nirvana will update your account instantaneously.
